(VOVworld) – The Vietnamese Youth Association in the Czech Republic will enhance its activities to help young overseas Vietnamese there better integrate into the local community while preserving their traditional cultural identities. This was agreed the 6th Congress of the Vietnamese Youth Association in the Czech Republic that opened in Prague on Saturday. The Congress has elected the Association’s Executive Board of 33 people for the 2015-2019 period. Vietnamese Ambassador to the Czech Republic Truong Manh Son said: "The Vietnamese Embassy, the Vietnamese Association, and other organizations all want to create more activities for young Vietnamese in the Czech Republic to fully integrate into the local community. Via such activities, they will help connect the Vietnamese community with the Czech society and nurture more sentiments towards their motherland in Vietnam."
