This is the second time the Ministry of Health has organized the award to honor domestic drug manufacturing enterprises which have many effective, widely used and trusted medicinal products.

The award will also promote the role of Vietnamese pharmaceutical enterprises and build a culture of production and use of Vietnamese medicine.

According to Do Xuan Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Health, in response to the “Vietnamese People Prioritize Using Vietnamese products” campaign, the Ministry has implemented the project to call on Vietnamese people to use Vietnamese medicine. The awards are part of the project which is transparently organized.”
