(VOVworld) – The 32nd session of the National Assembly Standing Committee opened in Hanoi on Monday.
(VOVworld) – The 32nd session of the National Assembly Standing Committee opened in Hanoi on Monday. National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung said the 4-day meeting will discuss preparations for the upcoming National Assembly session including operating the newly-built National Assembly Building. Regarding next year’s auditing plan, the State Auditor General said that activities will focus on evaluating the implementation of National Assembly resolutions, the government’s operations and management in state budget and investment, state-owned enterprises, financial organizations, banks, and thematic auditing.

A number of deputies called for stiffer penalties for violations, others asked the State Audit of Vietnam to enhance its role in auditing foreign businesses in Vietnam that often report losses and make price transfer increasing state budget deficit. Deputies also discussed the draft law on the issuance of legal documents.
