The program, themed “Vietnam’s Glory - 30 years after reform”, honored 30 collectives and individuals who have made special contributions to socio-economic development, science, technology, security, and national defence over the past 30 years. On this occasion, the honorees were received by Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
