A coordination meeting held on Saturday at Division 371 Air Command Headquarters with representatives from Air Division 371, Air Brigade 918, and the Northern Flight Management Company detailed the flight schedules, coordination strategies, preliminary rehearsals, and the final full-dress rehearsals.

The plan includes nine squadrons, including helicopters, C-295 and C-212i transport aircraft, YAK-130 and L-39NG trainer jets, and Su-30MK2 fighter jets. Take-offs and landings will be coordinated from three airports: Hoa Lac, Gia Lam in Hanoi, and Kep in Bac Ninh.

Planners emphasized minimizing disruptions to civil aviation, especially international flights, while maintaining stringent air safety protocols and precise adherence to the flight schedule.
