(VOVworld) – The Steering Board for draft revisions of the 1992 Constitution in the southern province of Soc Trang held a conference on Wednesday to launch the 2^nd phase of collecting ideas from carders and municipal and district level Steering Board members.In the 1^st phase, more than 70,000 ideas were collected from individuals and organizations. The 2^nd phase will allow people of all social strata to contribute their ideas for the draft revisions of the 1992 Constitution.
