(VOVworld) – Twenty six outstanding workers were honored at a ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday for their outstanding achievements in production, training, and sharing experience with the next generation.

The awardees are technicians, engineers, and workers who have worked hard and applied initiatives and advanced technology to improve or create cost-effective production techniques.

Dang Ngoc Tan, a technician at the An Lac Automobile Mechanics Workshop, was among the awardees.

He said “this is the first time I’ve received a Nguyen Van Troi award, a symbol of the city’s youths. I’m honored because my contributions have benefited my company.”
