The projects, worth a combined 48.7 billion USD, include 8 major national works. They cover transportation and technical infrastructure, urban development, industry, affordable housing, agriculture, culture, education, national defense, and healthcare.

“These projects will account for 18% of GDP in 2025, contributing to growth of at least 8.3%, and 20% in the years after. Projects funded by the state budget will form a strategic infrastructure framework that leads private investment,” said Deputy Minister of Construction Le Anh Tuan.

Ceremonies for 80 of the projects will be broadcast live on August 19 from the Vietnam Exhibition Center in Dong Anh commune, Hanoi.
