UNESCO recognized heritages from Vietnam’s northern, central, and southern regions were revived through a three-episode art program, including Ha Long Heritage-Radiant Wonder; Quang Ninh-Heritage within Heritage; and Global Integration-Leading the way to shine.

Around 1,000 professional and amateur performers narrated the historical and cultural stories of Quang Ninh and Vietnam through performances.

Hoang Cong Cuong, Chief Director of Ha Long Carnival 2025, said: “This year’s carnival has been upgraded to global level to showcase the most beautiful images of Vietnam and Quang Ninh in particular, to friends and tourists at home and abroad."
