The awards feature a total of 10 categories, including the best Architect, Building, Contractor, Developer, Engineering, Future Project, Green Build, Housing, Interior, and Joint Effort Project of the Year.
“Best Architect” went to Ho Chi Minh City based Architecture Office 23degree5, founded by architect Ngo Viet Khanh Duy in 2016.
“Project of the Year” was granted to IGC Tay Ninh School by KIENTRUC O (Architecture O) while “Future project” award belongs to Becamex Tokyu Hikari Complex designed by Takashi Niwa Architects.
Joint Effort Project of the Year went to “Village of Happiness” by Sống Foundation in the central province of Quang Nam.
The 2021 Ashui Awards ceremony and exhibition (10th version) will take place on January 14 at Hanoi’s Temple of Literature and will be livestreamed on social platforms of Ashui.com.
