(VOVworld) – Vietnam sent over 17,000 workers abroad in the first 2 months of 2015, up 23.5% from the same period last year.
(VOVworld) – Vietnam sent over 17,000 workers abroad in the first 2 months of this year, up 23.5% from the same period last year. Chinese Taiwan remained the largest market for Vietnamese guest workers with 11,000 workers, 63.5% of the total. Taiwanese authorities said they are considering recruiting Vietnamese workers as fishermen and housemaids, which will increase opportunities for Vietnamese to work in this traditional labor market.

Labor export companies are seeking orders from Middle East countries which can provide good working conditions and income for workers. Thailand is also looking to hire Vietnamese workers.
