The annual event is organized by the International Data Group in Vietnam, the Vietnam Digital Media Association and the CEO & CIO Club. The Voting Council selected 15 from 41 candidates nationwide.

Colonel Quach Huu Trung, Director of Hospital 199, Ministry of Public Security, in Da Nang, one of the awardees, said “This is a great encouragement for me personally and my unit to move on the steadfast path I have chosen. Through this opportunity, we have also connected experts in different fields to work with us, help us on our path of comprehensive and steadfast digital transformation."
