(VOVworld) - The Ministry of Education and Training announced last week the enrolment of 1,300 candidates this year for Project 911.

Project 911 aims to train lecturers to gain doctoral degrees abroad for universities and colleges nationwide from 2010 to 2020. Candidates will be sent to countries with advanced education in the world, including the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the US, in addition to Canada, France, Germany, and Belgium among others. The participants are all lecturers teaching at universities and colleges and those who have just graduated from their schools not more than 12 months ago and have to commit to come back to be lecturers after finishing the courses.
