(VOVworld) – The 10^th Senior Officials’ Meeting of countries in the Development Triangle of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos opened in Laos on Thursday. The Vietnamese delegation is led by Tran Nhat Thanh, secretary of the Vietnam-Laos Cooperation Subcommittee. Mr. Thanh said the Development Triangle has progressed in socio-economic development, poverty reduction, and ensuring political stability and security. He said: “The meeting will review the implementation of commitments made at the 9^th  Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Development Triangle Summit and discuss directions for future cooperation.”

Delegates praised cooperation between Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia and provinces in the Development Triangle.
