A school will be built on Truong Sa archipelago
The organizing board, the Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper and the Ho Chi Minh Youth Union, allocated 10 billion VND to build a primary school on Truong Sa. Pham Phu Tam, Editor in Chief of the Ho Chi Minh Law Newspaper, says: “It’s hard to call for donation in this difficult economic period. But we received prompt and positive response from the community because it is our sentiment to build a school for our children on Truong Sa islands. In addition to the sum for building a school, the rest will be transferred to Vu A Dinh fund to offer scholars and buy learning aids.”
