Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung said that instead of paper reports prepared by ministries and sectors on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, all the reports are now updated online. Mr. Dung said: “These new services will help change ways of thinking and management methods, and mainly serve the people and enterprises under the Prime Minister’s guidelines. All the documents will be made online. All ministries and sectors need to connect with one another to promote online public services on the National Online Public Service Portal”.

The participants also reviewed the implementation of online public services on the payment and registration of compulsory social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
