10,000 masks sent to help Vietnamese in Cyprus fight COVID-19

(VOVWORLD) - 10,000 face masks were delivered from the Vietnamese government to Vietnamese expats living in Cyprus by Honorary Consul-General to Cyprus Georgio Christophides.

At the handover ceremony, Christophides spoke highly of Vietnam’s successful containment of COVID-19.

Nguyen Duc Manh, head of the management board of the Vietnamese community in Cyprus, thanked the Vietnamese Embassy in Italy and Cyprus for informing and protecting them during the COVID-19 pandemic.
