The contest, hosted by VOV, celebrates 27 years of Vietnam-Republic of Korea diplomatic ties and one year of VOV’s Korean Service.
The contest attracted more than 400 entries from across Vietnam.
“The contest caters for the growing demands of K-Pop fans and helps strengthen Vietnam-Korea ties. It also gives people a better understanding of Korean culture,” said Mr. Tran Nhat Duong, deputy chief organizer.
The final will take place in Hanoi on January 10.
