Tuong Phi Thang, a spectator, said: “The National Festival program has great influence on the public, especially the youths, who better learn about the Party and the State and love their homeland more. Through this program, we are better aware of our citizens’ responsibilities. Being a citizen I feel proud to cast the ballot”.
At polling stations and densely-populated areas of Ho Chi Minh city, there have been ebullient cultural programs. In Tra Vinh province, local People’s Committee is hosting ceremonies attended by more than 2,000 Youth Union members, students and state employees to mark Election Day.
