38,000 voters in Hoang Liet ward will cast their ballots at 26 polling stations. Candidate qualifications have been reviewed by voters at both residence and workplace, and consultations have been conducted in multiple rounds to ensure transparency.
Nguyen Anh Tuan, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hoang Liet ward, said, "because we’re a densely populated area, we started preparing for this election in late 2025."
All preparations are now complete, he added. Hanoi is paying special attention to polling stations to make voting as convenient as possible.
