The hot air balloon festival kicks off at 6:30 a.m. at Thu Thiem Park as part of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Week 2022 running until 11, with the aim of reviving the local tourism industry and ushering in further development next year.

Around 20 enormous hot air balloons fly high in the municipal skies, attracting the attention of local people and tourists alike.

This marks the second time that Ho Chi Minh City has hosted a hot air balloon festival.

Each person has the opportunity to admire the beauty of the southern city from a bird’s-eye view for up to 15 minutes.

To make the tour, each guest is required to pay 699,000 VND.

Guests must ensure they meet health requirements as part of the safety standards.

The festival provides an ideal check-in spot for young people to enjoy.
