(VOVWORLD) - Business Insider has suggested five of the best street food spots in Hanoi that should have been listed in the Michelin Guide.

Having lived in Hanoi for over 10 years, travel writer Joshua Zukas, in his article posted on the Business Insider, recommended spots offering a unique dining experience. Joshua Zukas took the food into account, but also considered the atmosphere, the setting, the location, the story behind the establishment, and the uniqueness of the experience. With that in mind, here are his top street food spots in Hanoi.

1. Bún Cá Sâm Cây Si 

Address: Ngõ Trung Yên, Hoàn Kiếm

Hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

2. Phở Bưng Hàng Trống

Address: 5 Hàng Trống, Hoàn Kiếm

Hours: 3 – 4 p.m. until they sell out (usually around 7 p.m.)

Hours: Around 6 p.m. until they sell out (usually around 11 p.m.).

Hours: From 6:30 a.m. until lunchtime

Hours: All day and into the night
