(VOV) Visitors to Sapa in recent days have been ‘frozen to the marrow’ because of low temperatures.
However, the locals continue their normal lives. While protecting their buffaloes against the cold spell, many are busy growing vegetables or flowers for the upcoming traditional Lunar New Year festival (Tet). Foreign tourists like to stay in Sapa town, Lao Cai province at this time of year.
