Vietnam national brands 2022 honor outstanding products

(VOVWORLD) - 325 products from 172 enterprises have received the title Vietnam National Brand 2022. With the theme “Creating the future” the national brand program encourages Vietnamese businesses to promote quality, innovation and creativity.

Over the past two years, the COVID-19 pandemic and political fluctuations around the world have adversely affected businesses. Despite these difficulties, the Vietnam national brand program 2022 drew more than 1,000 businesses.

Do Thang Hai, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, said: "Vietnam is integrating extensively into the global economy. During that process, it’s important to affirm the country’s foothold in the international market in order to improve the competitive edge of the national economy and draw foreign investment. To this end, it’s important to promote prestigious brands in domestic and foreign markets."

Several well-known brands like VAS Nghi Son, Nova Land, Bao Viet and VNPT, joined the program for the first time.

After two years of the pandemic, new products and services like e-payment, hotel management, and experiential tourism as well as initiatives in digital transformation and innovation participated in the program showing  businesses’ better awareness of the importance of brand promotion.

The Vietnam National Brand Program is a special, long-term trade promotion program by the Vietnamese government aiming to build and promote Vietnamese brands. Over the last 19 years, the program has drawn special attention from and become reputable among businesses, state management agencies, and consumers inside and outside the country. The program has honored outstanding products and businesses as representatives of Vietnamese national brands.
