The conference was attended by 200 officials, reporters, and editors from VOV’s radio and TV channels, print and online newspapers, domestic and foreign bureaus, and 20 radio and TV stations in northern Vietnam.

VOV took this occasion to launch a radio broadcast contest about bringing the Party’s resolution to life and a multiple-choice contest about how the Party affects a person’s life.

Nguyen Duc Ha, senior reporter and former head of the Party Organization Department of the Party's Central Organization Commission, said, “VOV journalists were briefed on issues and milestones of the 13^th National Party Congress. Dissemination like this is a big part of what Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong, at the closing session, called turning the Party resolution into reality.” 

At the conference, senior reporters who prepared documents for the 13^th National Party Congress explained the Resolution to VOV staff.
