VOVWorld officials are appealing for support for people in the central region affected by floods

Widespread flash floods have caused serious damage to lives and property in Vietnam’s central provinces of Thua Thien Hue, Quang Tri, Quang Binh, and Ha Tinh. Recent floods have affected millions of people, many have been made homeless or  separated from their families. More than ever, the relief work needs to be done urgently to help people in distress. 

VOVWorld calls on philanthropists, businesses, associations, domestic and international organizations, overseas Vietnamese at home and abroad, and foreigners in Vietnam to donate money and in kind (medicine, food, bottled water, warm clothes, blankets, mosquito nets, ...)

The donations will be delivered directly to people in need.
