The Russian delegation is now on its way to the Gomel region on the border. A Ukrainian delegation led by a Deputy Foreign Minister is also on its way to the negotiations.

The talks will be held without preconditions as a result of a phone call between Zelenskiy and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, who later confirmed the arrangements with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
