Vietship 2025 features 200 booths of 100 businesses from Vietnam, Norway, the Netherlands, Finland, China, South Korea, and Singapore, and two universities.

This year’s exhibition showcases the latest innovations in shipbuilding, repair, maritime equipment, transportation, logistics, offshore wind energy, and offshore technology.

Pham Binh Minh, Chairman and CEO of Vietnam Shipbuilding Engineering JSC and Deputy Head of the Vietship 2025 Organizing Committee, said: “This year, Vietship focuses on the introduction and exchange of green technologies in shipbuilding and offshore engineering. The industry is shifting toward clean energy solutions, with a strong focus on electric-powered vessels in maritime transport. Many participating companies specialize in consultancy and technological solutions for this transition."

Mr. Minh said that smart ship control technology is another key focus, with the global rise of unmanned, remotely controlled vessels. "These cutting-edge advancements will be showcased at the exhibition. Additionally, some companies are introducing ultra-high-pressure water cleaning as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional sandblasting and abrasive cleaning. These innovations not only enhance environmental sustainability but also improve worker safety and health.”

There will be a forum for Vietship buyers, thematic seminars, and a workshop of domestic and foreign enterprises, maritime registry agencies, and material suppliers. Vietnamese and foreign partners are expected to sign a number of cooperation agreements at the event.
