Vietnamese expats in Russia donate face masks to local volunteers (Photo: VNA)

The volunteers from all over Russia are providing food and medicine to the elderly and poor people. They are also supporting frontline health workers. Among the volunteers are lawyers, psychologists, and providers of essential services and commodities, who are delivering their services for free of charge.

Irkutsk province alone has 2,000 volunteers of the volunteer “We together” campaign.
