The program “Dien Bien Phu – a historical golden milestone” was attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat and head of the Party Central Committee’s Organization Commission Truong Thi Mai, and Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan.

Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung reflected on the 70-year history of the glorious victory, endorsing the Party's innovative cultural resistance policy aimed at nurturing patriotism and national defense preparedness.

Mr. Hung said, "Art and culture help shape the thoughts, emotions, and aesthetics of people from diverse backgrounds. This art program bridges the past, present, and future, depicting a time when people responded to the Party's call to fight for national independence."
