The Planning of Tay Ninh province for the period 2021-2030, Vision to 2050 was announced at a conference on Sunday attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, who urged Tay Ninh province to implement "One focus, two enhancements, and three thrusts".

"One focus" is to mobilize and effectively use all legal resources to promote traditional growth drivers.

"Two enhancements" include enhancing investment and human development factors and enhancing local, regional, domestic and international connections.

"Three thrusts" are strengthening the development of a synchronous and comprehensive strategic infrastructure system; strengthening industrial development to serve processing, manufacturing, production and supply chains for the region and the world; and strengthening the application of science and technology, innovation in production and business, creating jobs and stable livelihoods for people.

The PM asked Tay Ninh to renew mindset and maximize internal resources, boost public-private cooperation, promote investment in strategic infrastructure, develop the border trade economy, agricultural economy, and tourism towards green economy, digital economy, and circular economy. He stressed the need to reform administrative procedures and improve the investment environment.
