President Zelensky said the summit brings together partners to draw up a plan to resolve the Russia- Ukraine conflict. However, the announcement didn’t list the attending countries, only mentioning ongoing discussions between Ukraine and Switzerland about the guest list.
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s 2nd CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) department, Alexey Polishchuk said on Tuesday that Russia is open for a dialogue and ready to discuss serious proposals based on present-day realities and legitimate Russian interests.
