(VOVworld)- The Law Committee of the National Assembly held a conference on Wednesday to discuss revisions to the Law on National Assembly Organization. The delegates discussed the functions, tasks and authority of the National Assembly, National Assembly deputies, the National Assembly’s Standing Committee, People’s Councils and National Assembly’s Committees and organizations. Issues relating to the Secretary General of the National Assembly, National Assembly’s Office, the Legislation Research Institute and budget for NA were also high on the agenda. The draft revisions to the Law on National Assembly Organization are expected to be further discussed and adopted at the 8^th session of the 13^th National Assembly.
