According to the Red Cross Society’s review conference, the Program includes three main parts – “Million Steps of Kindness” Campaign; Peak humanitarian activities in Thai Nguyen, Son La, and Dien Bien provinces; Launching ceremony of the national Humanitarian Month 2024 and commemoration of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Day in Dien Bien city.

During the program "Humanitarian Journey - Giving Love", the Red Cross Society Central Committee and its provincial and municipal branches have involved 17 hospitals and units to provide free medical examinations, medicine, and health consultation and raised funds for charitable activities.
