Barr’s hotly anticipated letter to Congress summarized the key findings of the report that Mueller submitted Friday upon wrapping up his 22-month probe. Barr said Mueller's report doesn't contain evidence “sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense” in connection with the probe.
Barr wrote that the Special Counsel’s investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election.
