On Co To Lon Island, decorations and communication activities have been carefully organized, creating a festive atmosphere. In addition to colorful banners and posters across the streets, electric vehicles are also being used for mobile information campaigns along residential areas and port zones.

Dang Van Hoi, a resident of Tran Island hamlet in Quang Ninh province, said:  "I know that March 15 is Election Day. Although I usually go fishing at 6 a.m., I will arrange time to return and cast vote to exercise my civic right."

Meanwhile, in the highland areas of Quang Ninh, the spirit of the national festival is spreading throughout villages and hamlets.

Ly Van Thuong, head of Binh An village in Binh Lieu commune, said: "Preparations such as posting voter lists, election regulations, and voter cards have been completed. Authorities are now reviewing the voter lists once again to ensure the election proceeds successfully."
