Speaking at the seminar on immediate actions to boost the private sector’s development on Friday, National Assembly deputy of Thai Binh province Phan Duc Hieu said Resolution 68 delivers clear and strong messages to directly tackle pending issues facing the private sector.
“Resolution 68 urges for abolishing and removing ineffective regulations, instead of revising them. This direction aligns with institutional reform experiences in other countries. We must understand that not only administrative procedures but any law or decree deemed unnecessary should be repealed entirely,” said Mr. Hieu.
Participants agreed that Resolution 68 outlines specific policies to develop major enterprises as the leaders and engage them in key national projects. The Resolution recommends credit solutions to support enterprises and allow small and medium-sized enterprises to lease unused public assets such as land and buildings.
