The EU will coordinate with international partners to assist the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine, they said. The next Ukraine Recovery Conference will be hosted by Italy in July 2025.

The EU also reaffirmed its support for those displaced by the Russia-Ukraine conflict, both in Ukraine and in the EU, including providing flexible funding to the EU member states bearing the greatest burden of health, education, and living costs for refugees.
