The team sailed hundreds of nautical miles and spent 7 days at sea to ensure the voting rights of citizens on the frontline. The team aboard Fisheries Surveillance Vessel KN-260 accepted ballots at 13 locations at sea, where Fisheries Surveillance Squadron No. 2 and coast guard soldiers under the Region 3 Command are stationed.

A young voter named Le Quang Duc said, “I'm excited and proud to be able to vote while out here at sea with my fellow officers. We of the Fisheries Surveillance force have faced many challenges. I hope elected deputies will represent our voices and the voices of other soldiers and fishermen out here at sea.”
