Lavrov said he received assurances on this from UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres at a meeting on the sideline of the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia.

According to Lavrov, if the US and the EU fulfill this commitment, all barriers to Russian grain and fertilizer exports will be removed.
