(VOVworld) - Armed men seized the police station and district Security Service of Ukraine headquarters in Sloviansk. Interim government’s Minister of Home Affairs Arsen Avakov said the action cannot be tolerated and warned of corresponding response.

Deshchytsia Andrii, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine had a telephone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on this issue. Russia has ruled out its involvement, saying that it had no intention to annex Ukraine’s southeastern region.
