(VOVWORLD) - Ukraine’s Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman says he will step down after the next government meeting on Wednesday and will take part in the upcoming parliamentary election.

Groysman made the announcement after newly sworn-in President Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced he will dissolve parliament in preparation for a snap election in two months.
