(VOVworld) – The Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister Pham Quang Vinh has attended the Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM) and the meeting of the ASEAN Coordinating Council Working Group (ACCWG) in Myanmar. ASEAN members have basically completed the agenda, contents and documents for the 25^th ASEAN Summit and related meetings. Topics for discussion will focus on building an ASEAN Community by 2015 and post-2015 orientations, increasing ASEAN’s external relations and role, and discussing regional and global issues of concern, which include the maintenance of peace, stability, security, safety, and freedom of navigation and aviation in the East Sea.
