The project aims to support the start-up movement in Vietnam and help 20 million Vietnamese youths enhance their capacity for digital business, especially universities’ students and young people in rural and mountainous areas by providing them with documents, legal and policy supports, and an ecosystem for startup projects.

It will help Vietnamese youths connect with sources of support from relevant ministries, departments, sectors, platforms, and experts in technology, policies, and investment. In addition, the project will provide technological supports, management software, training, consultations, trade promotion programs, and help with digitizing sale activities.

Nguyen Phan Huy Khoi, director of the Supporting Centre for Youth’s Startup, said, "We have received support from many agencies and partners to train and provide young people with tools for digital transformation, as well as necessary skills and equipment to access Big Data, AI, livestreaming, especially livestreaming models for student startups. We want to narrow gap between urban and rural areas in accessing digital transformation opportunities."

At the program’s launch, organizers also held panel discussions with the media on digital business, its opportunities and challenges for Vietnamese youths.
