Prime Minister Chinh requested Hoa Binh to effectively implement the approved plans, optimize its competitive advantages, achieve perspectives, visions, and development goals, and create new development space and new values.

He urged the province to  promote historical and cultural traditions, focus on manufacturing and processing industry and high technology; ecotourism, resorts, sports; and clean, organic, high quality agriculture.

Hoa Binh province must improve the effectiveness of economic linkages, connecting the northwest region with the capital city Hanoi and the Red River Delta, the PM said.
