Mr. Chinh told Super Energy Chairman Jormsup Lochaya during a reception in Hanoi on Thursday that Vietnamese agencies and localities are ready to help Super Energy implement investment projects. Chairman Lochaya hailed the favorable investment and business climate in renewable, solar, and wind energy in Vietnam, and pledged long-term investment. Super Energy has invested 2 billion USD in Vietnam.
