The Prime Minister emphasized that as banks and businesses are included in an economic ecosystem, the development of banks and businesses is related to each other and to the development of the national economy.

Vietnam is a developing country with an economy in transition, he added, saying that Vietnam is building a market economy with a socialist orientation, therefore, market tools must be used to operate the market.

Prime Minister Chinh asked delegates to contribute initiatives to overcome difficulties and promote access to capital for people and businesses, thereby developing the national economy.
