The five‑day fair also highlights processing machinery and equipment, handicraft products, products of craft villages, IT and telecommunications items.

Nguyen Phuoc Thien, Deputy Chairman of the Dong Thap People’s Committee, said that the event offers an opportunity for Mekong Delta businesses to expand their markets and connect supply and demand with localities nationwide.

“The fair will help businesses promote their products, find partners, sign economic contracts, locate new directions for production and trading development, and  introduce rural agro-tourism models based on indigenous resources,” said Thien.
