Documentary film on Vietnam today screened on Venezuela’s television

(VOVworld) – Venezuela’s Telesur TV on Monday screened a documentary film called “Journey to a Country that no Longer Exists” by the famous Cuban actress and filmmaker Isabel Santos to mark the 40th anniversary of the liberation of southern Vietnam and national reunification.

(VOVworld) – Venezuela’s Telesur TV on Monday screened a documentary film called “Journey to a Country that no Longer Exists” by the famous Cuban actress and filmmaker Isabel Santos to mark the 40th anniversary of the liberation of southern Vietnam and national reunification. In the film, Santos and cameraman Ivan Nopoles recorded the unbelievable changes in Vietnam during the 40 years since the war. Ivan Nopoles accompanied famous director Satiago Alvarez on his trips to Vietnam in the 60s and 70s to shoot documentary films about the War and President Ho Chi Minh.

Telesur TV also covered news and ceremonies marking the 40th anniversary of the liberation of southern Vietnam and national reunification in Ho Chi Minh City.
