The festival accepts entries in the form of feature films, documentaries, science films, and cartoons. These entries must be in the Vietnamese language and produced by local film production establishments or in collaboration with foreign organizations or individuals without copyright disputes. The organizers are accepting applications until Monday. 

The festival will feature a wide range of activities, including film screenings in major cities such as Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City to celebrate the event. Additionally, there will be outdoor film screenings to provide a unique experience for participants. Seminars on the cinema industry and exchanges between artists and audiences will also be held.

The festival, held every two years, aims to honor outstanding cinematographic works and artists for their contributions to the development of local cinema. This year's festival is jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the administration of Da Lat City.
